UseCloudDraw provides a free online vector graphics editor that allows users to create, edit, and export vector-based designs including SVG files, logos, illustrations, business cards, flyers, and other graphic design materials. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

While many features of the Service are available without registration, certain features may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account password
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the designs, images, and content you create using the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership over your User Content.

4.2 License to UseCloudDraw

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Promotes illegal activities or discrimination

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology, is owned by UseCloudDraw and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service (which is zero for free users).
