UseCloudDraw supports a wide range of file formats for import, export, and native saving. Use the matrix below to plan your workflow.

Tip: For the best quality and smallest file size, always use SVG for vector designs and PNG for raster exports with transparency.
Format Details
SVG — Scalable Vector Graphics
The core format of UseCloudDraw. SVG files are XML-based vector graphics that scale infinitely without losing quality. UseCloudDraw supports the full SVG 1.1 specification including paths, basic shapes, text, gradients, patterns, filters, and groups.
PNG — Portable Network Graphics
Lossless raster format with alpha channel (transparency) support. PNG is the best choice when you need a pixel-perfect export with transparent backgrounds, such as logos for websites or app icons.
JPG / JPEG
Lossy compressed raster format optimized for photographs and complex images with many colors. JPG does not support transparency, so use PNG or SVG when transparency is needed.
PDF — Portable Document Format
Export your designs as PDF for print production, client delivery, or document embedding. PDF export preserves vector paths where possible and supports embedded fonts for text accuracy.
CDR — UseCloudDraw Native
UseCloudDraw's native JSON format stores the complete project state: layers, objects, properties, history, and metadata. Use CDR to save works-in-progress and reopen them later with full editability.
WebP
A modern image format developed by Google that provides superior lossless and lossy compression compared to PNG and JPG. UseCloudDraw can import WebP images for inclusion in your designs.
